FAQ's
Where are you located?
Ex-Good Girls Club is a U.S.-based brand. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to you with tracking whenever available.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on bringing Ex-Good Girls Club worldwide, so stay tuned.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your candle ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
How long will my candle burn?
Burn time depends on the candle size, fragrance, and how you care for it. For the longest, cleanest burn, trim the wick before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling usually happens when a candle isn't burned long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar. On your first burn, give it enough time to create an even melt pool across the surface.
How strong is the fragrance?
Our candles are designed to give your space a noticeable scent without completely taking over the room. Scent strength can vary depending on the fragrance, room size, airflow, and how long the candle has been burning.
Is it normal for the wax or candle appearance to change?
Yep. Small variations in the wax, color, or surface can naturally happen, especially after burning. These little imperfections don't necessarily affect how your candle performs.
How should I safely burn my candle?
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and don't burn it for more than 4 hours at a time.
When should I stop burning my candle?
It's time to say goodbye when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. Continuing to burn past this point can cause the container to become excessively hot.
My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the candle and packaging. We'll review the issue and help you with the next steps.
